Cancellation Policy

Policies & Terms and Conditions 1. Appointments & Scheduling All appointments must be booked in advance. Clients must provide a safe and appropriate space for the treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are not suitable for treatment. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 12 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 2 hours of the appointment) will be charged 100% of the service cost. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via phone or message as soon as possible. 3. Services Provided We offer wellness and health-focused treatments aimed at relaxation, stress relief, and general well-being. We do NOT offer physiotherapy, medical treatments, or rehabilitation therapies. Erotic, sensual, or inappropriate requests will not be tolerated, and the session will be immediately canceled with full charge. 4. Payments & Refunds Payment is required at the time of the appointment (cash, card, or digital transfer). No refunds are provided for completed services. Prepaid sessions/packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. 5. Health & Safety Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or contraindications before treatment. We do not perform treatments on clients with contagious illnesses or conditions that contraindicate massage or therapy. If the therapist determines that treatment is not appropriate, the session may be refused. 6. Liability & Disclaimer Our treatments are not a substitute for medical care. If you have a serious condition, consult your doctor before booking. The therapist is not responsible for any adverse reactions if the client has withheld medical information. 7. Privacy Policy All client information is confidential and will not be shared with third parties. We may collect and store client contact details for appointment scheduling and communication.
