Welcome to Sanitas Care. By booking or using our mobile massage services, you agree to the following terms and policies. These are designed to ensure safety, professionalism, and transparency for both parties.

1. Appointments & Scheduling

• All appointments must be booked in advance.

• Clients must provide a safe, clean, and private space for the treatment.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 12 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 100% of the service fee.

• Please contact us via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp as early as possible to make changes to your booking.

3. Services Provided

• We offer wellness and health-focused massage treatments designed for relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being.

• We do not provide physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or any type of medical treatment.

• Any erotic, sensual, or inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and the incident may be reported.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payment is required at the time of the appointment via cash, card, or MobilePay.

• No refunds are offered for completed sessions.

• Prepaid sessions or packages are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person if requested.

5. Health & Safety

• Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or contraindications before the treatment.

• We do not treat clients with contagious conditions or those who should medically avoid massage.

• The therapist reserves the right to decline or stop a session if it is deemed unsafe to proceed.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

• Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have a serious health condition, consult a medical professional before booking.

• Sanitas Care is not responsible for adverse effects if a client fails to disclose relevant medical information.

• By booking a session, you accept full responsibility for your health and well-being during and after the treatment.

7. Privacy Policy & Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)

• All personal information collected during booking or service is treated as strictly confidential.

• We collect and store data such as your name, contact information, address, and relevant health notes solely for:

  • Booking and confirming appointments

  • Providing appropriate massage services

  • Follow-up communication when needed
